Everyone has knowledge to impart, but the only knowledge anyone truly listens to is their own. This creates a problem where people’s mouths work much better than their ears and everyone feels misunderstood.
In the garden my heart was a stone that you threw
to break a few windows,
a few teeth too.
You still go each Sunday
and sit in that pew.
